 Where's my order? 

To check the status of your order online, Click on My Account and log in using your email address and password. Once you have signed into your account you can check the status of your order and view the status of all your current and past orders.


 How do I return or exchange an item? 

All items purchased through T.O.Y.S. have a 30 Day Money Back Guarantee. If you are not satisfied for any reason you may return the product for a full refund (even if you have tried the product).

We cannot issue a refund until we receive your return. Sorry, no exchanges are allowed. Only a return can be processed, and then a new order may be placed for the item desired. We regret that original shipping costs and return freight charges cannot be refunded unless the return is due to our error. When returning an item, please pack the goods securely and keep a record of the method and date of your return shipment as we will not be responsible if the item is damaged or lost in transit back to us. Special Orders, Sale and Discontinued items cannot be returned.

Email or call us with your order number to receive a Return Authorization number ( RA# ). Please write the RA# on the outside of your package and be sure to keep your tracking information.


 What are the Shipping Costs and Delivery Schedule?

Shipping is based on standard UPS ground shipping. Delivery time varies. All orders ship within 2-3 business days (excludes Weekends & Holidays). You should allow 5-7 days from the ship date to recieve your order depending on your location. Orders ship from our NY location via UPS or USPS if necessary.
